Terms and Conditions – Sandoval's Furtopia

1. Services Provided
We offer pet sitting, dog walking, and pet waste cleanup services for house pets, both indoors and outdoors.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and non-aggressive.
  • Client must disclose any behavioral or health issues prior to service. 
  • Access to the home (keys, codes, etc.) must be arranged ahead of time.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Services must be booked in advance. 
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may be subject to a fee. 

4. Liability

  • While we do our best to ensure your pet’s safety, Sandoval's Furtopia is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. 
  • We are not responsible for damage to your home or property caused by your pet during our service time. 

5. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed. 
  • Late payments may result in additional fees or service suspension. 

6. Emergency Care

  • In case of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If unreachable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense. 

7. Weather Policy

  • For safety, dog walks may be shortened, rescheduled, or modified in cases of extreme weather (heat, cold, storms).

Return and Refund Policy

  

Return & Refund Policy – Sandoval's Furtopia

At Sandoval's Furtopia, we are committed to providing reliable and professional pet care services. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with a service, please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service date. We will review the concern and, if appropriate, offer a partial or full refund or a re-service at no additional charge.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. 
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a 50% refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • No Refund: No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund. 

3. Prepaid Packages
If you purchase a package of services (e.g., weekly walks or multiple visits), unused services may be refunded if canceled in writing with at least 48 hours' notice before the next scheduled visit. Refunds for unused portions will be calculated based on the full (non-discounted) rate of the services already rendered.

4. Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

5. No Returns on Services Rendered
Since our business provides time-based services, once a service has been completed, it cannot be "returned." However, we will always do our best to resolve any issues that arise to ensure your satisfaction.
